Registration Process

We must have your registration form and team roster form. Sending a cheque is great but not enough.  We need your registration forms to plan your first game time, to do our best to seed you in a division, for insurance with CARHA, liability with the City of Prince George, etc. etc.  Your team roster is changeable up until your first game. 

Follow these Steps for Registering

  1. Fill out the Team Registration Form.
  2. Attach your deposit if Registering prior to January 15th.
  3. Attach the complete fee if registering after January 15th. 
  4. No Roster required if registering before January 15th.
  5. Complete your tentative Team Roster if registering after January 15th.
  6. Go to the confirmation page to check we have received your payment.

Previous Teams:

Invitations: You should receive an invitation by the end of January.  If you don't,  it likely means we do not have the current contact information for your team.  If you do not receive an invitation by the end of January, then please e-mail the Secretary or President with your current information.

Address Changes:  If the contact information for your team has changed, please forward the new information to the PGOHA Secretary or President by clicking here.

Forms/Fees/Deposits:  Please fill in the tournament forms (click here to go to the forms page) and return them as soon as possible.  You may forward a deposit of $250 at any time prior to January 15th to hold a spot for the coming tournament (registration form required only).  If you decide not to attend a tournament after forwarding a deposit, your deposit will be returned in full.

Deadline:  We no longer hold a place for returning teams.  If you plan on attending please let us know and we will add you to the list.  We must confirm the ice sheets with the city 2 weeks prior to the tournament date.  Thus the cut-off for attendance is approximately 2 weeks before the tournament.

New Teams:

We usually have room for new teams each year.  The sooner you register for the tournament, the more likely you will get a spot.  You may send a deposit in at any time before January 15 of each year.  Submitting fees does not guarantee a spot in the tournament.  If you do not get a spot, all fees are returned.

We must have a contact person for your team with a name, address, phone numbers (home &/or work), and e-mail address.  We will confirm the team's attendance with this person as-soon-as possible.

We will automatically add you to our invitation list when you register for a tournament.  Please e-mail the Secretary or President with your team's contact information.
