PGOHA History

The Prince George OldTimers Hockey Association [PGOHA] was incorporated in the summer of 1978 with two teams. The league quickly expanded to 4 teams in 1980. Today all six teams play at the Prince George Coliseum on Wednesday and Sunday evenings. For more information on how to join the league, click here or on the "How to Join" button at the left.

Annual Old Timer's Tournament

Since 1980 we have organized the PGOHA Annual Easter Tournament. This is one of the largest old timer hockey tournaments in BC (Victoria being the largest), and certainly in Northern BC. Our tournament is registered with CARHA and attracts up to 40 teams from all over BC, Alberta, and Saskatchewan.
